If you are reading this, chances are, you are sitting inside on your computer (or phone) killing a few minutes (hours?) on the internet. After all, most of us don't go online while we are going for a brisk jog. And if you do, seriously, stop that. You're going to run into someone.
But even without all the time spent on our various technological devices, between work and school, we are inside an awful lot of the time. It is the way of modern society. So, what kind of impact does this have on the human body? Considering that, for a great majority of humanity's existence, our ancestors were outdoors, how does all the time inside impact us?
