The universe is an amazingly enormous place. Really. As Douglas Adams famously wrote, “Space is big. Really big. You just won’t believe how vastly, hugely, mind-bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it’s a long way down the road to the chemist’s, but that’s just peanuts to space.” Since it is so terribly large, and we only see such a small part of it on our own little planet, it’s easy to forget all of the amazing structures that are our there. Fortunately, the Number Sleuths have come to the rescue.
