New details from a phone call today with Elon Musk concerning the recent launch failure:

1.  The only detected issue with the launch failure was the snapping of a strut that keeps the Helium tank in place.

2. The strut was not made in-house; it's from a supplier that the company will not disclose the name of.

3. Better software could have prevented the failure. The next Dragon flight doesn't have a date yet; the next launch is pending further investigation.

The failure will not delay the commercial crew program timeline.
