A recent tweet from Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk reveals his intent to publish the second part of what he calls his “top secret Tesla masterplan."

The announcement comes several weeks after a series of unfortunate accidents involving his vehicles running on Autopilot led to investigations into Tesla motors, and his recent acquisition of SolarCity Corp.
The tweet, which simply reads: Working on Top Secret Tesla Masterplan, Part 2. Hoping to publish later this week," prompted a couple of his over 4 million Twitter followers to imply that it may have something to do with the recent Tesla and SolarCity merger; to which Musk replied: “Something like that.”
Tesla's Masterplan involved building a sports car and then creating an affordable version of a zero emission electric power vehicle step by step. Nearly a decade later, Tesla Motors has finally come through on their grand plan with the announcement of the $30,000 Model 3 sedan, slated for release in early 2017.
