China is Building The World's Largest Radio Telescope. And It's Remarkable

In the next year, the world's current largest single-dish radio telescope, the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico, will lose its title. It is going to be replaced by the Five hundred meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope (FAST) in Pingtang County, China.
