- The laser turret called the Low Altitude Guard 1. It's a 10 kilowatt laser intended to shoot drones and it's got a 2 kilometer range, although it can spot targets up to 5 kilometers away.
- According to Jiuyuan Hi-Tech Equipment Corporation, the turret's designer, it's automated. Simply press a button and it will be able to identify and track drones.
- The team plans to build a bigger, truck-mounted laser turret. Lasers are preferable to bullets or explosives in urban areas.
