# Road Signs In Australia Use the Same Kind of Screen as a Kindle

- Sydney installed the signs to help display real-time information about parking regulations. E-ink signs can be changed remotely and programatically.
- The signs are powered by a solar panel that's equipped with wireless broadband.
- The signs were created by Slovenian company Visionect and 15 of them have been installed in Sydney so far.
